Ever since my Senior High School year, I have always been into defining my brows. I can leave the house without makeup on, but let me do my brows for a while 🤣 The eyebrow trend goes on and on – I did the “Kylie Jenner” look way back, but now I prefer it to be more natural as it is, just simply filling in my brows with a microblade pen perfector after applying an eyebrow gel or soap. And here are the detailed steps on how I define my brows:

🤍 Pick an eyebrow soap and apply it to your eyebrows. You may choose from the different shades that it offers but I prefer the clear one.

🤍 Make sure to apply the soap or gel upwards. This will define your brows naturally and you may easily check or follow its natural shape when you fill it in with any eyebrow product.

🤍 Do your brows using a fine-tip pen. I use a microblade pen perfector for this one. This has been my favorite since 2020 and I never tried any eyebrow product again because I prefer to do my brows naturally with its help.

Hey friends! 👋🏻 Recently, I have been into mix & match-ing my lip products just so I could maximize all the products I have. 😆 It’s actually been a while because my go-to lippy is just revolving around either a velvet tint or a gloss. But since I like experimenting looks these days, I came across my new favorite lip combos that are definitely worth sharing with you all! 🌷

Here are the two lip combos that you should try!

🎀 Outlined Lips

— This combo gives off a Western vibe! 🤠 Specifically, the iconic Kylie Jenner & Kim Kardashian style. I often see this combo on their looks and it was actually my first time trying it. But guuuurl, I was so impressed! It looks so nice, now I get why they are so obsessed with the outline lips. It just naturally makes your lips look plump as if you had lip fillers! 🤩

— How to Achieve It: I first applied a dark shade of liquid lipstick on the edges/borders of my lips. Using my fingers, I blended it inwards for a softer look. Then after that, I added a lighter shade or lippy at the center of my lips and blended it with the darker shade for a seamless look! ✨

🎀 Matte + Gloss = Plump Lips

— This is a fave of mine. It is just so easy to do and it gives you that effortless look! Moreover, the gloss creates that fresh & youthful feeling to your overall makeup. Y’all should try this!

— How to Achieve It: First, I applied matte lipstick all over my lips. Blend the edges using my fingers and then finish it off with a lip gloss! And we’re done. 😉

First of all the packaging of this product is again amazing and very sassy looking! I really love Issy & Co specifically on how they advertise, make, and design their products. For its consistency, it is very lightweight and blendable + keep in mind that this has a sheer coverage so if you want more coverage you can get their concealer.

Hi guys! I decided to share my simple, money-saving formula for an at-home tinted moisturizer. One of the reasons I enjoy making my own tinted moisturizer is that it can be used in a pinch to speed up my morning routine. Instant hydration and coverage all in one, and being able to hit the snooze button an extra time? I’m sold.

For those with skin that doesn’t require weighty formulas, tinted moisturizer is a great alternative to thick foundation that can mask your natural beauty. Depending on how you prefer your product, you can create the best formula to suit your skin’s needs. I’m a firm believer in letting my skin breathe, and tinted moisturizer allows it to—even if my skin desires additional coverage for the occasional blemish or breakout.

For the moisturizer:

Choose a formula that works well with your skin type. For those with combination oily skin (like me) choose an oil-free moisturizer without pore-clogging ingredients. Those on the drier side may opt for an oil-based moisturizer. You can really experiment to discover what you like best.

For the foundation:

Remember: always choose a liquid foundation with the same base (oil-free or oil-based) as the moisturizer you use. Whether you prefer liquid makeup or powder, you can use either in an at-home tinted moisturizer. Breathe new life into foundations that may have been a tad too dark or thick by using them in your recipe. Once mixed with the moisturizer and applied, your skin will look sheer and dewy, not caked on with too-heavy makeup.

Okay, here’s how to make your own tinted moisturizer. You’ll need:

• Moisturizer

• Liquid Foundation

1. Start by adding equal parts moisturizer and foundation to your mixing dish or back of your hand. Use only a few drops of each, at first, to avoid making too much. Gradually add more until you have the amount you need to cover your face and neck.

2. Blend both products together until the color is consistent. For a lighter shade, add more moisturizer. To darken the product or increase the overall coverage, add more foundation.

3. Apply the product in light strokes with a blending brush. You will notice a smooth sheer dewy finish into your skin.
