– this body mist is intended for the chest part, I am honestly happy that a product like this exists as I am having problems on tiny bumps on chest, the product itself os watery-like and the packaging is a spray type which is easily used, upon using it doesn’t feels sticky, it absorbs immediately and for the benefits, I feel my chest hydrated and smooth after days of using

Perfume Body Lotion by Aulia

– after bath, it is already necessary for me to apply products to my body and of them is lotion, as it would help your skin hydrated and prevents it from dryness whether what weather you are currently facing in, but specifically, elbows & knees are particular body parts that is mostly facing uneven tones, as I use this lotion it helps my elbows & knees to whiten and be hydrated especially there are lines in them when stretched, I suggest to use whitening lotion for more effective results of you are to whiten those parts

1. dispense an appropriate amount, enough to cover entire elbows & knees skin

2. gently rub and spread

3. let it absorb

Don’t miss this cafe when you are strolling along Bonifacio Global City! I discovered this cafe from Tiktok, they are also famous with their strong coffee and delicious pastries. The hustling area of their location is very nice and they also have large space to cater their customers. As soon as I enter the place, the aroma of coffee with the freshly baked pastries filled my nostrils and it made my tummy rumble. It has a minimalist themed place with mirrors as table and even their chairs, their colors ranges from grayish to white-ish ones! It was so satisfying and pleasing to my eyes. Upon ordering they have monitors to accompany you for easier transactions and you don’t have to worry since there is a staff to assist you! They also offer cashless or cash transactions which is good.

For today’s food, I ordered their WTF brownie (110 PHP) and it was soft and easy to chew on, the only thing that I don’t like was it is too sweet for my taste and I wasn’t able to finish it but, if you have a sweet tooth you should try it! For my coffee, I ordered their Flat White, light roast (170 PHP) and oh my the caffeine literally kick in the moment I sipped from my cup and I liked how it tasted! If you like dark coffee you can adjust the options in the counter, this is also a good service especially for people who likes their coffee strong or if they like it light. Overall, it was a good cafe to hang around with your friends or loved ones. I also recommend to go earlier in the morning to avoid the rush hour.

After days stuck inside the house, I finally had the chance to go out and visit Cafe Wagon ☕️

Cafe Wagon is just along the road and has nearby food stalls where you can also order from. Orders from other stalls are delivered to your table which is nice.

We sat on the second floor to get a nicer view of the area. The place is nice, and the employees are very welcoming.

We ordered takoyaki and nachos for snacks, and then for drinks, we ordered Dirty Matcha and Korean Coffee which are said to be their best seller.

💭What is wrinkles❔

Wrinkles, a natural part of aging, are most prominent on sun-exposed skin, such as the face, neck, hands and forearms.

Although genetics mainly determine skin structure and texture, sun exposure is a major cause of wrinkles, especially for people with light skin. Pollutants and smoking also contribute to wrinkling.

💭 Symptoms

– Wrinkles are the lines and creases that form in your skin. Some wrinkles can become deep crevices or furrows and may be especially noticeable around your eyes, mouth and neck.

Causes

Wrinkles are caused by a combination of factors — some you can control, others you can't:

Age. As you get older, your skin naturally becomes less elastic and more fragile. Decreased production of natural oils dries your skin and makes it appear more wrinkled.

Fat in the deeper layers of your skin diminishes. This causes loose, saggy skin and more-pronounced lines and crevices.

Exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light. Ultraviolet radiation, which speeds the natural aging process, is the primary cause of early wrinkling. Exposure to UV light breaks down your skin's connective tissue — collagen and elastin fibers, which lie in the deeper layer of skin (dermis).

Without the supportive connective tissue, your skin loses strength and flexibility. Skin then begins to sag and wrinkle prematurely.

Smoking. Smoking can accelerate the normal aging process of your skin, contributing to wrinkles. This may be due to smoking's effect on collagen.

Each time you use a facial muscle, a groove forms beneath the surface of the skin. And as skin ages, it loses its flexibility and is no longer able to spring back in place. These grooves then become permanent features on your face.

Prevention

Here are some tips for protecting your skin and minimizing the appearance of wrinkles:

Protect your skin from the sun. Limit the time you spend in the sun, especially midday, and always wear protective clothing, such as wide-brimmed hats, long-sleeved shirts and sunglasses. Also, use sunscreen year-round when outdoors.

Choose a skin-care product with a built-in sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours — or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.

Use products with built-in sunscreen. When selecting skin care products, choose those with a broad-spectrum sunscreen — meaning it blocks both UVA and UVB rays.

Moisturize. Dry skin shrivels plump skin cells, which can lead to premature fine lines and wrinkles. Moisturizing traps water in your skin, which helps mask tiny lines and creases. It may take a few weeks of regular use of the product before you notice any improvement in your skin.

Don't smoke. Even if you've smoked for years or smoke heavily, you can still improve your skin tone and texture and prevent wrinkles by quitting smoking.

Eat a healthy diet. There is some evidence that certain vitamins in your diet help protect your skin. More study is needed on the role of nutrition, but it's good to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
