This classic Nike Air Force style takes a slight, much elevated spin as the swoosh is embedded in a light gray or ‘bone’ color. It complements the overall look of the shoes and still very much passes as a pair of white sneakers. ☑️

👟 NEW BALANCE 530s

The most well-known dad trainers in the fashion world right now goes to the New Balance 530s because of its chunky look and great comfort. It comes in lots of colorways, but the most popular one comes in a dominant white color, along with silver and navy blue streaks. Not only is it good for casual wear, but it is also actually classified as a running shoe. 🏃🏻‍♀️

👟 NIKE DUNK LOW DISRUPT: Arctic Blue

Dunks are very much mainstream right now, so if you want to stray away from the trendy pairs a little bit, this shoe is for you! This Arctic Blue Dunks comes in a color combination of dominant white, light blue, and a red swoosh that has a disrupted structure. 💨

👟 ADIDAS FORUM LOW – PREMIUM

This white sneakers has a bit of a mid-cut height which makes it ideal for both petite and lean frames. It also has lots of colorways but I’d recommend this pastel colored one which consists of a dominant white color, along with streaks of light teal, light mustard yellow, and pale green. It also has a velcro strap at the top which adds a retro look. 💿

Hey friends! 👋🏻 Is double chin one of your problems? It’s a common problem that occurs when a layer of fat forms below your chin. A weight gain is one of its causes, but generally, one can naturally also have one because of genetics or loose skin in relation to aging.

And if you are wondering how to get rid of those stubborn fats under your chin, you do not necessarily have to go under professional treatments as these simple exercises that I will be sharing can help you get rid of your double chin! 😍 Here’s how to do it:

🏋🏻 Chin Rotation

— First is chin rotation! Just rotate your head in a circle motion while ensuring that your shoulders remain straight. Do this for 10 repetitions, with 5 reps on the right and 5 reps on the left.

🏋🏻 Side Neck Stretch

— To do this, just gently stretch your neck on both sides; 3 reps on the right and 3 reps on the left.

🏋🏻 Pout and Tilt

— Start by pouting your lips, and then using your thumb, gently push your chin upwards for a stretch. Do this for 30 secs; 15 on the left and 15 on the right.

🏋🏻 Pinch and Massage

— Lastly, using your fingers, gently pinch your jawline and massage it upwards. Do this for 20 secs: 10 secs each on both sides.

If you know me personally I love neutral colors, I stay in the nude neutrals in clothing, shoes,accessories and even nails. 🥰

Neutrals are a royal color! You should definitely invest in nail polish that are neutral since it gives you a very classy, modest and clean look. 😉

Having a neutral polish makes nail care easier, when it chips it is not that visible unlike loud vibrant colors.🤣 It is so wearable too! I wear it anywhere even at school! ☺️We are not allowed to wear nail polish btw at school but when I wear neutral nail polish it is not noticeable. So very student friendly. 😘

Have you seen celebrities rocking nude colored nails plus the royal family? It is because the color is so timeless and class plus it makes you look more professional.😉 It is perfect for any color of clothes so you nail wouldn’t make people eye you in a wrong way. I mean unkept nails are a pet peeve. ☺️

Such a lovely color that you should definitely try. If you have darker skin tone you can go for a darker shade of these nail polish like when I use tan instead of beige when I get a shade darker due to sun exposure. 🥰

In general, frizzy hair is caused by a lack of moisture. To combat frizz, it's important to use styling and treatment methods that are friendly to curly hair. Read on to learn to decrease frizz while also accentuating your natural curls.

While a frizzy patch of hair may look curly, frizz also happens to straight hair. Frizzy hair is usually a result of damage from external factors, such as blow-drying, straightening, or humidity.

Bamboo Hairbrush:

The main benefits of a bamboo hairbrush are improved circulation for a healthy scalp, shine, hair growth and frizz reduction. The cherry on the cake is that Bamboo hairbrushes are durable and long-lasting, making them a perfect sustainable option.

Keratin Hairspray:

-Do not immediately comb the hair while it's still wet

-First thing to do is take a towel and wipe the hair atleast 50% dry.

-Take your keratin spray or hair spray and apply it to the hair while it slightly wet.

-Comb the hair slowly to avoid strands breakage or pulling out.

-Apply perfume to your hair brush to make your hair strands smell fresh and fragrance.

-And continue combing your hair slowly.
