✨Sagada, Mountain Province, Philippines – a place that’s famous for it’s scenic and calming mountain valleys, caves, waterfalls, rice fields, and other scenery that will let you experience the beauty of nature.
📍Sea of Clouds
– You’ll reach cloud nine when you see these overcast layer of clouds that surrounds the mountains above it when you are at the top of the Malboro Hill.
📍Blue Soil Hills
– A best kept secret in the hills of Sagada. It is literally colored blue and surrounded by pine trees. I’ve read that the bluish color of the soil is a result of high copper sulfate content of it.
📍Hanging Coffins
– It is a bizarre and interesting way of keeping the corpses of their loved ones safe. The coffins are tied and nailed at the side of the cliff. Most of these are only one meter long so sometimes, they need to break the bones in order to fit the corpse inside. If you are one. Of those curios minds, you’ll definitely want to go here and know more about their culture. Just don’t forget to pay our respect to those deceased.
