I tried these Bath & Body Works Stress Relief Aromatherapy products and they actually helped me sleep and focus better!! 😩🤍
These products were on my to-try list after a particularly stressful day. I’ve read that this line is a stress reliever and I really, really wanted it to work, so I went all in! I tried 4 products from this line and here are my thoughts about them:
💚OIL BODY SCRUB:
When you crack open the jar, the first thing that hits you is the fragrance, and here’s the thing: I love the smell of eucalyptus, and I love the smell of spearmint. The scrub felt great. Yung mga rough patches ko sa body were smoothed by the sugar. It left a bit of an oily film on my body. So if hindi ka fan ng oily products, baka hindi mo magustuhan to kase literal na oil talaga sya. 😂 The smell definitely lingered for a few hours after my shower. it was actually kind of relaxing while I was drifting off to sleep kase maaamoy mo padin yung scent nya na nakakarelax.
💚BODY LOTION
Ultra-creamy, nourishing body lotion is formulated to give skin long-lasting moisture while an aromatherapy blend of natural ingredients and essential oils benefits body, mind and mood. The body lotion has a strong fragrance of mint and eucalyptus. Since it is used aromatherapy I think they have kept the fragrance strong. I really do love the scent of the body lotion. It really calms my nerves and I feel it makes me more alert! 🤍

💚BODY WASH
This is absolutely 100% my favorite body wash! I love the scent and unlike other body washes I have used, the scent lasts a very long time. It’s like the scent gets soaked deep into your skin. Nag ffoam up din sya pag ni-rub mo sya sa skin!
Btw, for aroma therapy, amuyin mo lang sila para marelax ang mind. 🤍
